What is it?

This 4 weeks intensive course will explore the cutting-edge field of Generative AI, which is the ability of

machines to create new content, such as text, images, and music. We will cover topics

such as:

• Large Language Models (LLMs): How do these powerful models work, and how

can they be used to generate text, translate languages, and write different kinds

of creative content?

• Image Generation: How can we create realistic images from scratch, or modify

existing images?

• Multimodal Learning: How can we combine text and images to create more

powerful generative models?

We will also discuss the ethical considerations of generative AI, and how to use this

technology responsibly. By the end of the course, you will be able to:

• Understand the core concepts of generative AI

• Build and train your own generative models

• Apply generative AI to real-world problems

This course is for anyone who is interested in learning about the latest advances in

generative AI. No prior knowledge of AI is required.

Hands-on Projects

Throughout the course, you will work on a series of hands-on projects that will give you the opportunity to apply what you have learned. These projects will cover a variety of topics, such as:

• Building a chatbot using a large language model

• Generating realistic images using a GAN

• Combining text and images to create a multimodal model

Technologies Used

• Google Colab: We will use Google Colab as our development environment.

Colab is a free Jupyter notebook environment that runs in the cloud. This means

that you can access it from anywhere, and you don't need to worry about

setting up or maintaining your own computing environment.

• Huggingface: We will use the Huggingface platform to download, fine-tune, and

host LLM models. Huggingface is a leading platform for LLM research and

development. It provides a variety of tools and resources that make it easy to

work with LLMs.
